Popup Stopper Companion

When I first turn on my computer I want it to do nothing. I bought Popup Stopper Companion. It is installed and works fine.

But When I turn on my computer for the first time it automatically starts IE and redirects me to their advertisement page. This is very annoying as I paid $30 to get rid of pop ups and now the company I bought it from is causing the pop ups.

I tried customer service at Panicware and was ignored (big surprise there). Anyone know what I can do to end their start up ad?

Go to start/run and enter msconfig. Hit the enter key. Now, go to the startup tab and uncheck the offending program. Good luck.

Hello,

Panicware repsonds to all customer support requests. If you seeing
that page on startup, that means you (or someone) accidently placed
the shortcut to our pop-up center into the Startup folder. Simply
remove that shortcut, and you will be all set.
