I have several users on my computer, but they all hate the pop up stopper I
use. How do I fix it to where my popup stopper works only on my side of the
computer?

http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

Download it, and then use it to move the start command for popup-stopper
into =your= startup (you currently probably have it under all users
(i.e. what startupcpl calls 'common') or maybe even in a run key.

Hello. I got your prg and sure like it. However, it won't stop Popup Killer
from appearing across all users. I must be using your prg correctly because
it does work for the three other programs that I have set to appear in only
one of the users' startup. But when I switch users, Popup Killer pops up
even though your prg has it disabled across the other users. I also deleted
all instances of it in the other users just so I can say I tried, but that
did not work either.

Not my prog - Mike Lin's prog. However it sounds like whatever you are
using for a popup stopper is extremely badly behaved. If you are talking
about Internet Explorer popups, then I'd recommend 'pop stopper, free
edition' from www.panicware.com. That one can definitely be set up to
only start when a particular user logs on.
