I have a client whose Outlook 2002 (running on a Dell
laptop with XP Home) started popping up the
message "Something is trying to access your Address Book"
and he can either select stop or give this whatever it is
a prescribed amount of time. This has just started over
the last couple of days. I ran Ad-Aware and deleted the
cookies and a dialer it found, he is running Norton
Antivirus on it and scans find nothing. Any ideas on
what is trying to read his Address Book and how I might
stop this activity?

Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Does he have any add-ins installed? Go to Tools | Options | Other |
Advanced Options and click on the two Add-Ins buttons near the bottom.
