Popup Blocker for IE6 need to turn off

Using Windows XP Home Edition w IE6. Want to use a 3rd party software and
need to have popup blocker disabled. IE6 does not have the option under tools
like IE7 does. I've looked all through MS help and the only thing I found
was to add the address to trusted sights. Google & Yahoo tool bars I use
have been disabled.
Also I've tried to update to IE7 because I know popup blocker can be easily
turned off and get an error that I am not using a 64bit program? any help
would be appreciated.

If you have XP SP2 then it is easy to turn off in IE6.
IE-Tools-Pop-up Blocker-Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

What version are you using?

the popup function is named differently in IE6.
In Tools->Internet Options-> Advanced ..... Put check mark on "Disable
Script Debugging"

That is not a pop-up blocker. It's for debugging scripts on a web page.

Nancy,

Have a look at IE6/Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Popup Blocker/Block Popups
