Popup ads still active...?

Need help getting rid of anoying popup ads. Please!
Current on all MS software and MSAntispyware.
Also have spybot S&D and Norton antiV installed.
Ran MSAS and found issues. MSAS showed as fixed. Same with Norton and Spybot.
After reboot. Popups still appear when on IE even if not browsing(At start
page not doing a thing). Did a right click on Ads that poped up and tryed a
backwards link.
The following are URL's that came up. Any suggestions. Any assistance is
greatly appreciated.
