POP3??

I need help with setting up my new Windows Email, i just click the add
button and adds a "account". Then i need some info like, email adress name
and stuff, i can do that, but when it comes to server and all that stuf i
need help. Please help

We can't help you until we know what type of email account you have.
If it's your Hotmail account, then Windows Mail cannot access it. You'll
need to use the newer Windows Live Mail.

The information you need depends on which email provider you are using,
and usually needs to come from them. Many people choose their
internet providers as their email providers also, since most internet
accounts come with one or more email accounts included.

Windows Mail won't connect to Hotmail accounts, so if that's the email
provider you are trying to use, you'll need to download and install another
email program which can connect to them, such as Windows Live Mail:
