I GO IN TO USE MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS AND I CAN SEND OR GET
MAIL BECAUSE OF AN ERROR POP3SERVER SMTP PROTOCOL
ERROR#0X800CC00D

You need to contact your ISp about this problem. Your ISP controls your
POP3 server.
 
Maybe the problem is due to your stuck CapsLock key. (Posting in all-caps
is considered SHOUTING!)

Disable email scanning by your anti-virus application, be it NAV or another
one. It provides no additional security.

1. This isn't an OE newsgroup.
2.. POP3 is controlled by your ISP - ask them
3. Turn off you caps lock key, you rude @ss.
