POP3 Password

In Outlook 2003, I get a pop-up box at least once every 24 hours asking me
to enter my password. This has happened on every WIN XP machine on which I
have installed Outlook.

That quite often happens when the mail server is unavailable and Outlook
is set to automatically retrieve email. Do you have a flaky ISP?
