POP3 on Outlook 2003

Just upgraded, when hitting send/receive, send works OK, but get message
"inconsistent infor from POP3", and does not receive anything. If I go to
Accounts, and test the settings, send and recieve tests OK. What gives?

I don't believe you. There is no such Outlook error. Post the EXACT text
of the error. Don't paraphrase, don't restate it in your own words. Use
copy and paste to post the exact text. The only thing you should change are
the email addresses such a message might contain so that you don't post any
real addresses in a public newsgroup.
