pop3 all ove the world?

Hi ,
I have a pop3 account from our website/email hosts that works all over the
world to send out email via SMTP using outlook 2007 but some countries/isp's
don't allow this.

How can I use outlook all over the world and have my emails always go out
without having to change the SMTP server address at every location?

Is there an ISP that I can use to send emails from that works everywhere?
Gmail, hotmail, etc or is there another way?
Cheers

Its often neccessary to set authentication on outgoing.
gmail & Hotmail are not pop accounts & are primarily web interfaces as is I
believe MS Live Mail

GMail can be set up for pop-forwarding so it can be set up on the client.
