POP3 account

I have added a POP3 account to my Outlook express, however, when testing
settings it repeatedly asks me for my password, and then gives the following
error message: Outlook could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail server
because the server did not accept your user name or password. Can anyone
help me?

This group supports Outlook which is part of Microsoft Office. Outlook
Express is part of Internet Explorer. You should ask in the Outlook Express
newsgroup. You didn't post your version of OE, so you'll have to choose it
from here to get where you need to be:
