pop-ups

There are sites out there that give pop-ups that are
needed and wanted. How do I allow those pop-ups to come
through. Just got the computer a week ago fm Dell. When
the site sends the pop-up I get a low two tone sound.
HELP!!

Hi,

That depends on the popup killer you installed.With Google toolbar, for
instance, Ctrl+click lets the popup come through.
