Pop ups won't pop

The pop-ups on my Bank's web site won't come up on my home
PC. On clicking what should be a pop up all I get is a
duplicate of the window underneath. Then the hourglass
comes and never goes.

The pop-ups work in the office with IE6. They also work at
home if I use Netscape 7.1. There were OK until about a
week ago.

I have not installed any pop-up blockers.

How do I get my pop-ups back ???

Hold down the CTRL key and click on the website. Your popup blocker is
blocking the popup. CTRL key temporally disables it.
