pop ups

OK last night after 5 days of no internet we finally got my boyfriends
internet connection back with the fix to error 10106..... Now that he is back
on the internet he keeps getting pop ups from some paypopup.com and they stop
whatever he was trying to do. If he was trying to load his MyComputer it
stops and shows these block ups. He has service pack 1 and defender pro
firewall and anti virus pop up blocker. Is there anything we can do to stop
pop ups from paypopup.com and e.rn11/adbuys/a405-amed-ron?

Hi,

It sounds like you've been hit with some malware/spyware on your computer
and it has hijacked your Internet Explorer and added unwanted items on your
computer.

Download adaware or spyware doctor or one of the hundres of anti malware
products out there. Sounds like you have been hijaked.

We have tried spycatcher and it found alot but there are still those two that
are shutting down anything we try to open. Is there any 1 spyware remover
that is better that others?

The ultimate spyware detection / removal tool is HijackThis, and expert advice.
All the other tools detect and remove by signature, and are subject to false
positives and false negatives. HijackThis lists everything possible to be
malware, and lets YOU (and the experts) manually interpret its log.

Always get the latest version (currently V1.99.1)
HijackThis <http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3155>

Have your HJT log interpreted by experts at one or more of the following
security forums (and please post a link to your forum posts, here):
