pop ups in IE

I get these pop ups often when i am not even using IE
does anyone get them also and does any know how to stop
them??????????

http://www.ad-aware.com ... the pop ups are caused by
adware such as Save Now!, which may have been installed
when you installed BearShare or similar "ad supported"
products. Ad Aware will remove the program and others like
it. Be sure to run the built in update util so that you
have the latest ref file.

One warning: when you review the list of things that ad-
aware wants to remove, do not remove New.Net that way.
Uncheck all new.net entries, let Ad-aware remove the rest,
and then remove new.net from the control panel applet
add/remove programs.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
