POP UPS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TO ONE WEBSITE AND IT WON'T LET ME DUE TO IT
SAYING (A POPUP WINDOW HAS BEEN BLOCKED). CAN SOMEONE OUT THERE HELP ME OUT
WITH THIS? THANKS! STACIE
 
There should be a bar that appears on the top of the screen and you can
right click on it and allow it to come through.

1.Don't goto the site.
2.Permit popups.
3.Quit go online.
4.Shutdown your computer and go to sleep....

And to prevent this issue in the future, add the Web site in question
to your exception list. That will cause IE to avoid blocking popups
from that site in the future.
