pop up

i have been getting the same pop up all the time. its called
"xlime.offeroptimizer" and its driving me crazy someone please help!!!

If that doesn't fix it, I came across this. It's up to you as to whether you
want to try it -

delete from C:\windows - bi.dll, bi.ini, biprep.exe

run MSCONFIG.EXE
uncheck bi related link

(reboot)".
