pop ups and uneccessary programs running

how do you get of old files and programs and places you
visited on the net?? cache?
 
Hi,

To do this Open up your Internet Explorer,
and then go to Tools -> Internet Options
Then in the Temporary Internet files section push the "Delete Files" button
and then also for the History of where you've been,
Go to the History section and push the Clear History button.
Then click OK
