Pop Up Window Error Message at Sign Off

Each time I close IE, I get a pop up window that says IE
is experiencing a problem and needs to shut down. It gives
you the option to report the error by clicking a button. I
have reported it to MS Support but have not gotten a
resolution. I reported it to my mfr's support desk too but
have not gotten a reply yet.
The window has the MS IE logo but I suspect it is bogus.
This has been going for 3 weeks.

First, disable the error reporting tool:

Then, when your system crashes again provide the following details (click on
the details button):

xxx caused an xxx in xxx at xxx:xxxx
