pop-up window blocked!!!

Hello world!

Using WinXP Home. Please HELP!! I´m having problems with my pop-up window, everytime i tried to open a page that link to a pop-up window, the message always says that "pop-up window is blocked". Please guys help me....

Greetings --

So turn off or de-activated whatever 3rd-party pop-up blocker
you've chosen to install. (WinXP and IE6 do not have the built-in
capability to block pop-ups.)

I am having the same problem...what is the solution...it just starte
after installing Aol and yahoo im! :mad
