Pop up on startup-SynergeticSoft Spyware & Adware 1.0

I recently downloaded an evaluation copy of SynergeticSoft Spyware & Adware
Removal v1.0 I chose not to purchase but everytime I start up my machine I
get this pop up notice saying my Evaluation Period has Expired.
Can anyone please help me remove this annoying thing from my XP machine?

I have tried to contact the company-no response as of yet.
I have already removed the program from my computer. the message started to
pop up a couple of weeks ago.
