WindowsUpdate feature infacted by some adware system

Hi,
My system is infacted with some adware that shows stand-alone ads on my
desktops (Flash animations) and some web ads. they pop all the time and
have slowed down system.
It is bothering badly, Can you show me some way to get rid of this?


P.S. I have scaned system with Microsoft Anti-Spyware, it finds some
adware that has infacted WindowsUpdate auto download system and removes
it, but after re-start, adware is up again and is found again by
anti-spyware

Which browser (IE) ? - if so, what are the Security Zone settings ?
While AntiSpyware (Windows Defender) is good, it alone will not
detect & remove 100% of baddies. You still need a combination
of AdAware, Spybot, Defender and perhaps a comprehensive on
line scan, like Trend-Micros:

It's not adequate to just frequently remove Malware - better to
harden the PC's defenses to keep the stuff off in the 1st place.

All scans should be done in safe mode. Also you need to use a
combination of anti-malware programs, not just one. Here are some links
