Pop-Up Menager (pop-up blocker), to update it library?

Hi,
I'm used Pop-Up Menager but I don't succeed to update its libraries.
Is it possible? I think a good pop blocker has to update its library.
Some time ago I used "popblock.exe" and there is that possibility.
I make mistake?

I've been using it for a week and I haven't gotten a single popup ad, so no
update has been necessary. But, if you do get an undesired popup,
right-click on the widget and use the options to block popups from that site
in the future.
