Pop-Up Blockers

I believe that my drive has a remnant from a previously installed pop-up
blocker that is causing problems in accessing another program I have which
runs as a web page on mssql server. Is anyone familiar with any software
designed to find and delete pop-up blocking programs on a hard drive?

Remember the name of the blocker? Do a "Find" in the Registry for that
program and delete it.
Start/Run/type REGEDIT and click Edit and Find and type the name then click
find
or hit F3 for more entries.
Delete all entries. Be careful you do not delete something that may pertain
to another program.
