Pop Up Blocker

Would someone out there please help with this problem. Purchased a new e
machine 11 days ago.....I am unable to get into very few web sites. I get
the msg. that I have a pop up blocker on. Since I am a new user.....I
haven't a clue where this pop up blocker is located. I called my ISP...they
directed me to e machines....they directed me to McAfee after being on hold
for 35 minutes...a gentleman came on the line requested all my verification
information...asked me to hold again.....came back 12 minutes later and said
he could not help me. Directed me to McAfee's web site and after typing a
help message could not send it because there was a POP UP BLOCKER ON! I am
so frustrated. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone could give me.
Thank You!!!

If you are using Internet Explorer it may be the cause. At the top of
the web page window a Yellow Warning Bar will drop down just below the
Toolbar, click on the yellow bar and select to allow the popup. Be careful
of which ones and what you allow so you don't wind up allowing something
destructive.

You may also have an application that came with the machine that blocks
popups and/or ads.
