Pop up blocker in XP

pop ups still appear even with popup blocker enabled,I belivethere is
another way of doimg this.

any helpout there
 
You can change its settings - or if that's not enough, find and install
another popup utility program.

You might need to run several anti-virus / anti-malware / anti-spyware
in order to clean out the possible "infestation" of the pop-up control
software that may be installed on your PC prior having the Pop-Up
blocker active.
