Pop-under ads created by IE6, not by web site?

On a website that I created, if I click on a link
called "Scholarships" that refers to a page on my site,
sometimes a pop-under ad opens to some sort of website
having to do with Scholarships. I know that there is no
code on my site that opens this ad. Has Microsoft sold
out IE6 so that advertisers have access to keywords on
other sites?

check for spyware spybot at safer-networking.org and
update and scan on easy. also you can use the mozilla.org
'firefox' browser .it has built in popup killer and ad
blockers to download.

CaddyX,
MS has nothing to do with your issue, this is caused by something *you*
allowed on your system.
