You can call your ISP they will help you. And it's no different than doing
it in Outlook Express, as WM is the brother of OE.
 
You really should ask your ISP or mail provider (if different).
Most ISPs have a web page with directions for setting up a
mail account. Who is your ISP or mail provider?
