I ran an NT 4 PDc before upgrading it to windows 2003 AD. before that all my
clients wee pointing to my ISP dns. Does this mean I have to setup all my
clients to point to my AD dns from now on?

If you have W2K or later clients they will need the local DNS to see each
other on the network, otherwise you could leave the DNS as it is.

However if you are using DHCP it is a simple matter to set the DNS server
addresses that each client machine receives.

Hello,

Yes, they should use your internal DNS server. There will be problems if
they use your ISP's.
