PocketPC USB Sync device - no driver?

I can not get Vista to recognize my Pocket PC (UTStarcom 6700). When I plug
it in, it asks for a driver, which I assume is built into Vista. Not having
the driver, I end up with
PocketPC USB Sync
as an unknown device in device manager. I tried adding the Windows Mobile
driver manually, but it also does not find anything to install. Any ideas?
This is build 5384.

An update is available through WU as of today which may help - it permits
sync with Outlook now.
