I have a very strange problem with WindowsXP , it is as the follow
I deleted the two accounts I was creating on windowsXP and made the administrator account disabled then,when I tried to login again with any of the two accounts the message "the system could not log you in,check the user name and password", and when I try to login by the administrator account the message "your account is disabled,contact your system administrator" and I can not login to windows ,please tell me what can I do to fix this problem

Maybe I misunderstood. But here goes...

You deleted two accounts
disabled the admin account

and now you can't get in. I'd simply ask why you deleted and disabled the
accounts above without first setting up another admin account.
