Plug-Ins

How can I tell what "plug-ins" I have installed?
They do not appear in "add/remove software"
Does anybody have the time to help me please?

Using Toolbarcop, you can see [enable/disable/delete] the Toolbars and BHOs installed

Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolband, Toolbar Icons and BHO:
