Plug and Play service causing problem with game application.

I've posted a few questions here trying to find out how to fix a stuttering
problem I've been having with a game on my PC. After a bit of testing and
help from people on this board, I found out the service "Plug and Play"
causes the stutter in this game, but I don't know what to do now. I don't
really know what this service is.

Is there any way I can reinstall or update this service? Does it have
settings I can change? I'd really appreciate help.

First, you called it wrong. It's not PLUG n PLAY....it'PLU n PRAY!
Try that!
