Please Open this HTML message to Print It

I’m using Outlook 2003 SP2 which i was recently upgraded to. I got an email
formatted to HTML when I go to file print and the option for "Print attached
files" is already selected so I click ok and get the following message:
"Please Open this HTML message to Print It." I click ok on the message,
however, I'm unable to print the message even when it's open. I'm the only
in the office experiencing this issues, everyone else with the same version
of Outlook can print HTML messages with attachments with no problems.

I've looked around and I did not find anything in particular that I can do
to stop this from happening.
