British airways have a FS2004 thing called "British Airways Virtual" (www.bavirtual.com) and you fly the real routes at real times in the real aircraft online or offline and gain hours and get promoted for the more hours you do.

Havent yet ventured online because you need to learn about SIDS and STARS etc etc...
