please help

Ok umm i think i messed up my pc :( i kind was checking
out the file types and made it how now all my folders
open in a separate window. i tried the option of making
the folders in the same window but they still open in
separate windows please help me!!:(
please email me with the subject:window help

Folder Options> General> Open each folder in the same window
Internet Options> Advanced> Check the box to reuse windows for launching
shortcuts.
