I do have a firewall and I think I did at the time...
I'm not really sure on exactly how to use it or what everything means... But I haven't been on there hardly at all lately... Is there anyway to find out what he has taken or seen from my files?? What are these programs that he has installed?? Why does he keep installing and uninstalling them?? How can I find out who he is? How exactly do I start my computer all over once I save everything? I am not wireless, why did you think I was?? Please help

Did you read my reply to your original post? I think you're really best off
if you back up your data and do a clean install of your OS as it sounds as
though your machine has been compromised.

I didn't say you were on wireless - that was someone else. It's common for
people to buy wireless solutions & not realize they need to be secured, so
it was a good guess, but not relevant in your case.

Really, back up your data, boot from your WinXP CD, and do a clean install.
Do not connect to the Internet (unplug your ethernet cable or don't use your
dialup) without enabling at least your XP firewall first - not even for a
nanosecond. Run Windows Update to get ALL critical updates - and do this
regularly. You also need good antivirus softare, kept updated.

How do I go about rebooting my comp?

Well, start | shutdown | restart will re*boot* - I was mentioning rebuild.

Just copy everything to disk
and insert the winXP disk. It'll do it itself??

Boot from the WinXP CD after backing up all your data. Make sure your
computer is set to boot from CD (may need to find out from your HW mfr how
to do this).

Also, what are all
those programs that he put on my comp for? Is there a way to know
what he has taken from me?? Im very curious...

Hard to say. Can't tell you much as I can't even see your computer from
here. As I said, it is probably pointless trying to go this route & you've
already spent a lot of time asking this question - just do a clean rebuild.
If you don't know a lot about setting up computers, I advise you to find
someone else to help out with this - a local consultant or computer shop
should be able to do it for you.
