i use this computer windows xp for genral use but recently it has been taking
ages to log into any account est 10min is theres any fix people know of
please help

you could try running antivirus and anti-spyware programmes then try disk
cleanup and defragging the hard drive to start off with.

There is no "fix" only a thorough cleaning. Start with Disk cleanup.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup
Deleting Cookies on and off-line Temporary Internet files
After a cleanup, do a Defrag under System Tools. Then go to:
Start>Run>type MSCONFIG and press Enter.
Click the Startup tab and uncheck/disable everything except your
anti-virus app, if Norton, it will start with NAV
Click Apply and Close. Reboot.

Make certain your antivirus software is completely up to date with the
virus definitions not less than a week old and do a complete virus
scan of your computer. Then get a second opinion by doing a free
virus scan at one of the following online scanning sites:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/
http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/

Next check for and remove any spyware from your computer by using MVP
