SP2

Everytime I d/l service pack 2, my computer crashes (either having been
logged on for 10mins or sometimes during startup.) Having removed it from my
system, all functions well again but then Windows update prompts me to
d/l...and when I do, I'm back to square one.

(i've currently installed SP2 on my system and my comp has already crashed 4
times within the last hour.)

Any help much appreciated!

Did you have any problems with the previous version, that perhaps need to be
sorted out before installing SP2?

The only problem that I had (still have) is with regards to opening up "my
music". Everytime i open that a "windows installer" window pops up. And
this occurs with every file I open within "my music" folder.

Not sure what that's about either!
