Please Help

I am trying to install SP4 I receive an error Message that
says:" Service pack 4 cannot update a checked (debug)
system with a free (retail) version of SP4, or vice
versa. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
You'll need to download a different version of SP4 from our website. From
the link below download the "Express inatallation" of hte service pack.
