Please help with Unicode ??

I have tried everywhere, nothing has worked, maybe someone here can, I keep
getting an error message with a big red x that reads "ATL Can not run
Unicode version of ATL71.DLL on Windows 95, 98 or ME. Please install the ANSI
version."
Now, I get this every time I try to open my Kodak Easyshare, It has been
working fine up till a few days ago, I don't understand what this means, I
have never had any other windows installed on this computer.

Google gives several hits at atl71.dll. One of them, below, suggests
it's associated with spyware.

If that's the case run these programs to check for spyware/malware.
After installing update them, then boot into safe mode and run them.
You should update and run them weekly.

this issue? I am having the same problem

The key phrase is "It has been working fine up till a few days ago." Did you install any
software, or updates after a few days ago? Or, Google gives several hits for atl71.dll.
One of them,suggests
it is associated with spyware. You might want to scan your drive with one of the many
adware/spyware/malware utilities. You can do it for free at:

Click the orange button near the top left for a free Clean Sweeper scan...
