I am having a strange problem logging into my NAS.

I can log in and see all the files Via USB, but the only way I can get in
Via FTP is the use FLASHFXP (Or another ftp client)

every time I try to log in with ftp://192.168.1.1 I get the username and
password box, but it wont accept my username and password.

Same goes for http://storage. Just wont accept username/password.

This is really frustrating, as I can get in every time with the FTP client,
using the same password.

Please, has anyone a clue as to what's happened?

Thanks

Mike

Try from the command line. Go to Start-->Run and type 'cmd' and enter.
At the command line type 'ftp 192.168.1.1'. Reply to the prompts.
Hopefully that might give you a clue as to what is happening.

If it doesn't, at the very least that's another way to get at the data!

Cheers,

Cliff
