Please help with new install

I have xp and have installed Works Suite 2004, it is asking for a 25
character product code, i do not have. It won't let me use word and that is
all I want to do!!!!!!!! Any help out there????thanks!!!!!!!

Check the package the CDs are stored.
The Product Key should be there.

Otherwise...
If Works Suite 2004 is retail contact Microsoft:

If Works Suite 2004 is OEM contact the seller, Microsoft may not be
able to help with OEM.
