PLEASE HELP - Sleeps whenever it wants to

My computer goes into a "sleep" and won't come back up.
Three lights are always running and the monitor is
showing energy saver. The mouse and keyboard won't work
until it decides to come back up on its own. Which could
be minutes or hours. I've went into the error log and
there are no errors for this problem listed. I had other
problems with this and factory restored then I updated my
computer. The "sleep" problem is still happening but my
other problems are gone.
I read other e-mails concerning my problem and gave it a
try - blow out any dust. Thinking maybe it was
overheating or something. Well, it seemed to work for a
few weeks and now I'm back to my same problem. I then
did it again - no luck this time. Please Help!!

Is this a laptop? If you're saying that blowing out some dust helped before
but not anymore, it could be the case that the dust has gotten sufficiently
stuck on components (such as heatsinks) such that even blowing out dust
won't help.

Is this by any chance a laptop? I've read instances of a particular laptop
having this problem. You should contact your computer manufacturer for
additional assistance.

No - not a laptop. I've taken the base to a computer shop
to have it looked at. Thanks for the reply.
