PLEASE HELP..... Primary Scratch Drive

I have alot of work to do on my W/XP/Home-SP2 computer using Adobe Photo
Deluxe. I've had no problems for several years but now tonight, in the
middle of a job I'm getting an error that my "Primary Scratch Drive" is full
and suggests I free up space on that Drive. What and where is my Primary
Scratch Drive? I cannot locate anything with that name in Photo Deluxe or
on C: Drive. Please help, I have only a 2 days to get this work done.
