day (3 days after I bought it) and its tellim me it cant
open it because the scratch disk is full and needs to
have stuff deleted. Well, i dont know about that, but I
need help locating my scratch disk to see what is on it,
so I can delete things...Anyone have an idea where I can
locate my scratch disk? Thanks

This isn't an Adobe group, but still:

You should try Google.

It works really well.

The concept of a "scratch disk" is a Photoshop thing, not an XP thing. It
could refer to a disk file/directory that Photoshop treats as its personal
storage area. These things usualy have upper limits set so a program does
not take over the whole system. For example, many browsers limit the stuff
they store to some user-set number of Meg. Perhaps you need to configure
Photoshop? Have you read the manual, or at least explored the menus? Look
for somehting like tools, options, perferences, etc. Finally, for help with
specific programs, you might have better luck starting with the program
vendor, in this case Adobe. I bet they have some forums specific to their
products.
