Hello all,

Can someone please help me I have the following problems

1) upon start up Windows installer starts and wants to install, I don't have
the original disc so I cancel, today it asked me for data1.msi which I can't
find nowhere
2) system manager Trident Video Accelerator blade 3d/promedia has a yellow
triangle with exclamation mark next to it. I have tried uninstalling it -
same happens
have tried to update it - ask for windows cd - or data1.msi
3) suddenly I am unable to see certain graphics ( since today when I tried
fixing all of this myself) on webpages, I see a white box with red cross or
box with yellow red blue shapes
4) have sent all of this to microsoft support, now it says I haven't sent
anything , but I have the incident number
5) I tried system restore but it all froze up and wouldnt' do anything
anymore.

basically now the whole system is so slow, and stops working that I think I
really did it this time, can someone please help me??

Thank you
Regards
Bianca

The Trident video card has lost its drivers. It sounds very much like it
has failed. There may be other factors, also. However, I think that the
best course of action for you would be to take your computer to a good
local repair shop (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of store) and have
them check it out thoroughly for you.
