help please...

Word opens ups to a document i had saved before. Every time i try to open a
new document, i will select "blank document" but i still opens up to the same
previously saved document.

i says that it is a macros enabled template. there is also a yellow
triangle with a exclamation point next to it when i open it thru the
templates folder.

i have no idea how i got that to happen, but can someone please help me? i
want it to start up with a blank page.
