Please Help! My computer clock keeps losing time

Hi, my computer clock loses about 7 minutes everyday and i want to know how i can fix it

Do you overclock your computer?

You might want to consider changing the battery if you notice it loses time
when turned off!
If you have a high speed connection you might wan to download an atomic
clock program.beware "precision time" it is spyware. I like atomic.exe but
there are plenty out there!
