My Windows XP home edition has two problems
1 There is no Turn off Computer button when I click the Start button.
2. I cannot right click the mouse on an item of Explorer to get the
context menu.

Yes. I deleted 4 spyware and trojans. How can I fix my PC. Do I need to
reinstall XP?
